  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.

    Deposit: Please note that a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied towards your total service cost.

    • 48+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee will be charged.

    • Less than 48 Hours Notice: Deposit will be held. We may have turned away other potential clients for that specific time slot.

    • No Show: If our cleaning team arrives at your property and cannot gain access within 30 Minutes of arrival or the service is cancelled on arrival without prior notice, the full service cost will be charged.
